The scan → threshold → alert architecture generalizes: anywhere two data sources disagree about the same thing, there's an instrument to build.

Reuses the Spread Scanner chassis — ingestion, matching, thresholds, Telegram delivery, Stripe + funnel. Only the data pair changes.
